Success for Currumbong Flash's fleece at the Royal Canberra Show this year.

His fleece was awarded the Supreme Champion Huacaya Fleece and also the Best in Colour Fleece - White Huacaya

Currumbong Jareth's fleece was awarded first place in his class and the Best in Colour Fleece - Brown Huacaya

2011

Currumbong Golding's fleece was awarded third place in the Skirted Fleece 30 to under 48 months Section

Currumbong Haydon's fleece was awarded fourth place in the Skirted Fleece 30 to under 48 months Section

Currumbong Jareth's fleece was awarded first place in the 6 to 12 months brown section.

2010

Currumbong Golding's First Crias

Currumbong Golding's first cria have arrived and are very nice looking. Though it is still early days, their fleece looks very impressive. Here are some photos taken of one of the cria when a couple of days old.

Royal Sydney Show Success

Currumbong Golding was awarded the Reserve Champion Huacaya Fleece 18 months and Under 30 Months.

Currumbong Flash - 4th Fleece Test Results

Flash retains his fineness of micron on his fourth fleece.

Currumbong Flash's First Crias

Currumbong Flash's first cria are here and they are very impressive.

Their fleece is unbelievably fine with great lustre. He is throwing solid colours which are influenced by the dam's colour

Currumbong Goldaming was awarded the Champion Fleece 6-12 months.

2007

Peru Trip

Travel to Peru in November to attend the Alpaca Fiesta held Arequipa.

It was a very full few days with judging, conference proceedings, trade stands, gala dinner fashion parade etc. One of the highligts was the day excursion to Toccra to observe and participate in the Chaccu.

After the Fiesta, I participated in a short tour which included flying from Arequipa to Cusco, visiting Macchu Picchu and returning to Lima.
